Yesim introduces environment-friendly brands

Yeşim Textile has patented its Yeşim Recycle and Yeşim Organic product brands, the first brand being used for products manufactured from recyclable cotton fabric and the second for products manufactured using yarn produced from organic cotton. Award at the R&D Project Market (18 February 2010)

Exports Performance Award (16 February 2010)

This year, Yeşim Outlet Stores ve Textile Factory A.Ş. won the bronze prize for Exports Performance awarded to stock corporations conducting foreign trade that achieve the highest increase in their exports compared to the previous year in scope of the Stars of Export “Export Incentive Awards” contest organized by the Dünya Gazetesi periodical and sponsored by Akbank with the cooperation of DHL Turkey.

Swine flu rally at Yeşim [16 November 2009]

Implementing international standards on occupational health and safety, Yeşim Textile has taken a series of preventive measures against the swine flu, a disease threatening the whole world. Using posters prepared by the Ministry of Health, Yeşim provides information on the swine flu and regularly disinfects areas of public use such as dining space, toilets, kindergartens and physician offices. Prompting its employees to comply with hygiene rules, the company supplies antibacterial soap for use in its toilets and ahs started to chemically disinfect its transportation shuttles on a weekly basis.
